Users of our application can request deletion of their application account by contacting us using the contact details provided below.
To help us identify the correct account and process the request, please provide the following information in your request:
• Agency Name
• Application Username
• Reason for the account deletion request (optional)
We will review the request and process the deletion of the applicable application account in accordance with our applicable policies and legal requirements.
Please note that the application registration process requires only a username and password. We do not require users to provide personal information such as a mobile phone number, email address, residential address, or date of birth for registration.
